We’re supposed to believe it because not only is he insisting it to the cops and the District Attorney, but also to us, the audience, by talking to himself when he’s alone and going for the puppy dog eyes even when no one in Salem is watching.

It’s someone completely not obvious, 44% of the audience is speculating. Maybe even someone we’ve never seen before. It could be someone from Leo’s past — considering the damage, he’s done in Salem, who knows what he’s done in other places. Or maybe it’s his allegedly abusive dad plotting even more evil. Either way, it doesn’t feel like much of a payoff for viewers.

Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) was all about supporting Leo and calling him her dearest friend…until Leo accused her of killing Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) to protect his own skin — and then all bets were off. Now, 26% of you figure she’s turned like a cliché woman scorned, and she’s all in to frame Leo — with a little help from some equally shady friends.

Fool Me Once DAYS

Leo broke Craig Wesley’s (Kevin Spirtas) heart, and all he did was shrug and slink out of town. But before he did, he was reverting back to his chief of staff job-stealing ways. The only difference was, without Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) as the brains, he was pretty sucky at it. Which is why 17% of voters assume he’s doing such a sucky job framing Leo now.

DAYS Spoilers: Not Nice

Clyde Weston (James Read) is the most likely to stick a knife in Sonny Kiriakis’s (Zach Tinker) back…and frame Leo for it, 13% point out. He’s mad about being falsely accused of Abigail’s murder. And he blames Leo for all of it.
