Susan Banks may be more than a hallucination.
After months of her name barely being mentioned, DAYS spoilers sure seem pointed toward Susan Banks still being alive. It may seem like EJ DiMera is just having bad dreams and Ava Vitali is as psychotic as always, but those of us who, like Susan, are in deep touch with the universe, we know better. This is a portent! Here’s how we know:
All human beings are connected at a deep, primal level. How else do you explain the same inventions popping up at the same time all across the world, with no communication between the inventors? Or that year we got two movies about volcanoes erupting and asteroids crashing to Earth at the same time.
It’s deep and it’s meaningful and Susan (Stacy Haiduk) knew it better than anyone else in Salem. So, what else could it mean that Ava (Tamara Braun) and EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) are both suddenly seeing Susan? Her energy is culminating. And that means she’s on her way home.
But isn’t Susan dead? Oh, please. No one in Salem dies. Not even when we see their bodies lying right there, like we did with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), Kate (Lauren Koslow), Marlena (Deidre Hall), Bo (Peter Reckell), Steve (Stephen Nichols), Maggie (Susan Rogers), Alice (Frances Reid), Abe (James Reynolds), Will (Chandler Massey), etc…They don’t even have Susan’s body. All they have is a car going boom. Most people just pop back up with no warning. But Susan is more spiritual than that.
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) was just reminding EJ of his mother’s faith. She understood that his dreams meant…something. But we’re the only ones who have put all the pieces together. The universe is bringing back our Susan!
