DAYS Spoilers Speculation: Jake Realizes That Gabi Has Turned on Him

DAYS spoilers are making it clear that Jake DiMera is about to buy a clue and realize that Gabi Hernandez is no longer his ride or die. She’s been acting strange and that isn’t like the woman he loves.

He doesn’t know why quite yet — would you suspect that the Devil morphed into your body and made sure Gabi (Camila Banus) overheard you selling her out? — but we’re speculating he’ll still strike back. Here’s what Days of our Lives fans speculate will happen:

Days of our Lives: Mob Past

This is a guy used to dealing with the criminal element, he knows how to deal with defectors, 55% of the audience predicts. Jake (Brandon Barash) can sniff out disloyalty and he knows how to nip that sort of betrayal in the bud. He will make sure Gabi never knows what’s coming…until it’s too late.

DAYS Spoilers: Love Saves the Day

A smaller 29% of you speculate that even if Jake catches on to Gabi’s change of heart he’ll assume it’s only professional. Jake can’t imagine Gabi falling out of love with him, and as long as he’s still got her heart, he should be able to hold onto her soul, too. Jake could see the difference in Gabi’s attitude, but he will assume it has nothing to do with their romantic relationship. He can fix it, not end it.

DOOL: Clever Girl

In last place, with 16%, are those who actually predict that Gabi is too clever for Jake to ever catch on. Gabi will play him like a fiddle — that love thing we talked about above will definitely come into play — and only when she is ready will Gabi plunge the knife into Jake’s heart.

He’ll never see it coming. Jake only learned he’s a DiMera recently. Gabi has been dealing with that family for over a decade. She knows how to play them all, especially the newcomer who loves her.
