Abby Deveraux DiMera has been gone for months from DAYS spoilers, but fans are speculating she hasn’t been idle. You suspect she’s been biding her time, assembling just the right plan for when she returns to make the most impact.
When she left, things were a mess — her husband had just lost his baby with another woman who happens to be her half-sister — and her father seemed to side with the troublemaker. What almost 2,000 viewers expect Abby to do upon her return:
It wasn’t even close as 76% of the audience expects Abby (Marci Miller) to focus on repairing her marriage to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). They had a major breach when he got very drunk and slept with Gwen (Emily O’Brien) – because he thought Abby was cheating on him so, really, it was mostly her fault – and fathered her child. Gwen tried to blame Abby for her miscarriage, and Abby just needed to exit the drama. But that doesn’t mean she’s given up.
A much smaller 14% of you predict that Abby will come back to town, tell off everyone who didn’t believe her about Gwen the schemer – ironically, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) wasn’t one of them…this time – grab her kids, and take on all that Salem has to offer — as a single woman.
Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) was one of the main people taking Gwen’s word over Abby’s, and 6% of voters speculate that Abby needs to have it out with dear old dad. Jack felt guilty about not being there for Gwen while she was growing up, but it’s not like he spent a lot of time with Abby, either. He was dead more than he was alive during her childhood. So why does Gwen get the benefit of the doubt and Abby doesn’t?
Forget Chad, forget Jack, a last-place 4% dismiss. Go after Gwen and only Gwen. She’s the cause of all your troubles. She broke up your marriage, she stole your daddy, and she drove your mommy out of town. Act like the spoiled brat that you are and make the interloper pay! Does someone have a slap in her future? Definitely.
