It’s a day for young love. Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) shares some passionate moments with his beautiful bride. It looks like now that the baby talk is on hold, Ben is enjoying married life.
Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) gets some sweetheart time in with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold). It’s all kisses and hugs until Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) interrupts. Don’t worry, she won’t linger too long. She’s on her way to see Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).
Speaking of Johnny, he may catch a break with his movie. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) take quite a liking to the script. Do they love it enough to hand over some money?
Meanwhile, the Devil makes the most of his host body. He has Marlena Evans Black (Deidre Hall) under his control and knows exactly what he’s doing. Will John Black (Drake Hogestyn) catch on? Let’s hope so!
DOOL made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, five decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

Fans love their daytime soap operas and the excitement in Salem is non-stop.
More than fifty of gripping drama as well as love in the afternoon have kept this NBC daytime soap on the air and winning Daytime Emmys. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), The Young and the Restless (YR), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB).
