Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is a very sad man sitting behind bars. Hopefully, though, his new lawyer can get him out of this mess. Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) shows up at his cell for a little chat with her new client.
While Eric ponders the violent actions that landed him in the slammer, his victim (if you can call him that) shares a very telling moment with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Is something brewing between them after their night out and morning in together? Is EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) the guy to get Nicole to forget about her ex?
At the same time, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) lends a listening ear to Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu). The pair meet up at the pub, and Jada definitely needs someone to talk to.
Across town, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) is in the right place at the right time when he knocks on Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) door. She needs a friend after her trying day. And, Johnny is pretty good at being a friend (and so much more).
DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more. It was developed as a half-hour soap opera for NBC by prolific soap scribe Irna Phillips along with her longtime director, Ted Corday, and Allan Chase. Corday’s son, Ken Corday, continues the family tradition by serving as executive producer.
From Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) crazy schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Fans love their daytime soap operas and the excitement in Salem is non-stop.
