It’s DNA drama day for Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Christian ‘Evan Frears’ Maddox. It’s time to figure out who really fathered Jan Spears’s (Heather Lindell) baby. And, this time, the test better be correct! They may want to second guess it when Orpheus (George DelHoyo) shows up.
Meanwhile, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) is back in the hot seat at the station as he answers more questions about his crimes. Not just that, though. Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) has some queries of his own. What does Lucas know that could help him?
Lucas isn’t the only person Xander sees. He also has a run-in with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). And, speaking of Gwen, she’ll try to spend a lovely day with her bestie, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), but that goes awry when they run into an emotional Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). He’s having a rough day missing his wife and helping his son process Abigail Deveraux DiMera’s untimely death.

DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more. It was developed as a half-hour soap opera for NBC by prolific soap scribe Irna Phillips along with her longtime director, Ted Corday, and Allan Chase. Corday’s son, Ken Corday, continues the family tradition by serving as executive producer.
From Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) crazy schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Fans love their daytime soap operas and the excitement in Salem is non-stop.
