The Days of Our Lives spoilers for October 14-18 reveal a conspiracy and the hope of reconciliation for two bitter rivals. There’s never a dull moment in Salem so you won’t want to miss a second of all the action.
An explosive secret is about to land in Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) hot little hands but just what she does with the information will remain to be seen.
Nicole and Eric (Greg Vaughn) begin the week with a heart-to-heart but, while he and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) discuss her decision to exit Salem, Nicole is given sensitive information concerning Dr. Horton courtesy of Rolf (William Utay).
Unable to keep her curiosity at bay, Nicole opens and reads the documents Rolf left with her and is confronted with the revelation that Sarah is pregnant. Before she can fully digest the news, Xander’s (Paul Telfer) arrival will throw her life into further upheaval.
The Kiriakis whipping boy (whose fantasizing a life of domestic bliss with Sarah) levels with his ex-wife and tell her that the baby is indeed Eric’s. But, Xander will beg her to keep the news to herself — lest she gives her boyfriend an excuse to dump her and take back up with the mother of his child.
Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is anesthetized and undergoes the delicate heart transplant procedure. Upon waking and learning the identity of her donor, she calls Gabi and requests that she come for a visit.
However, Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Gabi (Camila Banus) will be furious after overhearing comments made by Eli and Lani (Sal Stowers).
Kayla also has bad news for Julie and co. Turns out the Horton matriarch is suffering from a condition known as bradycardia and it’s putting her new heart at risk. Will Gabi’s sacrifice be for naught?
After being found by Eli (Lamon Archey) slumped over in a pew at the hospital chapel, spoilers have Hope (Kristian Alfonso) beginning to remember her encounter with Rolf. However, a series of wild mood fluctuations in mood will soon have her family and friends in an uproar.
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Roman (Josh Taylor) will be one of the firsts to experience Hope’s wrath but her strange behavior will persist throughout the week.
Spoilers say that Victor (Jon Aniston) places a hit on Jordan (Chrishell Hartley) — convinced that he is acting in the best interest of his granddaughter — but he may have acted in haste.

Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Rafe (Galen Gering) uncover new information concerning Ciara’s (Victoria Konefal) near hit and run and it apparently exonerates Jordan whom Ben apologizes to.
In other Salam news, there will be two proposals. One of the prompted variety — Anna (Leanne Hunley) asks Tony (Thaao Penghlis) to ask her. There is also one that is sweet and unexpected – Justin (Wally Kurth) pops the question to Adrienne (Judi Evans) — again.
Meanwhile, Jordan plots against Ciara, Kate (Lauren Koslow) tells Victor that Tony is now running the show at DiMera Enterprises, and Marlena (Deidre Hall) and John (Drake Hogestyn) learn about Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk) new living arrangements.
