One of the reasons Gabi had such a revenge jones for Abigial and Stefan on Days Of Our Lives was because it was their lies that railroaded Gabi into prison, where she was beaten so badly Kayla announced Gabi would never be able to have another child.
History Lesson
Gabi (Camila Banus) was no angel to begin with — it wasn’t her first stint in jail — but she is a devoted Mama to Ariana, and learning she’d be one and done in the baby department did a lot to push Gabi into faking Charlotte’s paternity and keeping Abigail (Kate Mansi/Marci Miller) away from Chad (Billy Flynn).
It’s also what motivated Gabi to trick Stefan (Brandon Barash) into marriage so she could take over DiMera Enterprises and kick him out.
But, wouldn’t you know it? Loathing turned to lust and soon, love. Gabi and Stefan were finally married and planning a lifetime of happiness together. Like they don’t know they live in Salem, or something.
Next thing you know, Stefan was stepping in front of a bullet meant for his nutsy mother, Vivian (Robin Strasser). He flat-lined, and you know Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is going to be eyeing his heart any minute. But did Stefan leave Gabi something to remember him by?

Maybe Baby
Could Gabi be pregnant? Sure, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) said something about her being infertile, blah, blah, blah… but Kayla barely knows where her own husband is these days. She can’t be trusted.
Miracle babies are a soap staple, and Gabi is a prime candidate — for two reasons. First, she really, really wants another child.
Second, A DiMera baby would cement Gabi’s standing not just in Salem but in the world of high-finance. She’d be the heir to a fortune Tony (Taao Penghlis) isn’t particularly interested in, Kristen (Stacey Haiduck) is too crazy to be trusted with, and Chad… is in Paris, busy being happy.
Of course, Chad might not stay happy in Paris for long, which could open up a whole new can of worms. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
