In light of Milo Harp, alias Orpheus’s (George DelHoyo), not at all hilarious prank, John (Drake Hogestyn) is at his wit’s end. It’s not every day that this decided man of action finds himself at a loss, but at a loss, he is. Marlena Evans Black (Deidre Hall) and her equally ill cohorts need medical intervention or, barring that, a miracle, and those are things that John just can’t provide.

When a vial supposedly containing the cure for what ails the dying trio is delivered to the Salem Police Department and then placed in John’s hands, he comes thisclose to smashing it on the ground like that fake orchid before it. Luckily Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), who knows far more than he can say at the moment — details to follow — is present to steady his dad’s hand.
DOOL Recap: Hail, Hail The Gang’s All Here
Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine) and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) are back in Salem and at her bedside, so Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) couldn’t be more thrilled. Turns out Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) was right when she insisted that her brothers should be apprised of their mother’s condition and ordered home. Funny that.

Days of our Lives Recap: Girl Power
Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) find themselves in similar straits. Chloe wants to be there for Brady but finds herself unable due to his disapproving youngest; Nicole wants to be there for Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) in his hour of need, but he’s her ex-husband — emphasis on ex — and he’s already got someone new to comfort him. Luckily Chloe and Nicole have each other. Besties for life!
DAYS Spoilers Recap: The Gambler
Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) has the means to bring Marlena, Kayla, and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) back from the brink of death, and she’s happy to provide it…on the condition that Brady ends things with Chloe, reconcile with her, and play happy family with her and Rachel (Finley Rose Slater). That’s not too much to ask, is it? Surely not when lives are at stake.
Against his better judgment, Brady relents — but only if Kristen can prove that she does indeed have the serum that will jumpstart the femmes’ recovery. She does. See delivery of said vile of serum in the second paragraph.
