DAYS Spoilers Recap For June 30: Lani and Kristen Face Jail Time

The DAYS spoilers recap for Thursday, June 30, 2022, features a spot of blackmailing that puts big bad Melinda Trask in her place, and Kristen DiMera deciding that a life on the run just isn’t for her.

Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) couldn’t quite figure out why Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) was so gung-ho to see her, but all soon became clear. Underneath that wig and garish pink attire was none other than Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), her sister from another mister…and her sister from that convent in Rome.

Kristen had come to convince Lani that a jailbreak was in order, but Lani wound up convincing Kristen that the life she was living wasn’t something to be emulated. As a consequence, Kristen doffed her disguise and allowed Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) to place her under arrest — and not for the first time.

DOOL Recap: The Magic Touch

Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and wee Jules Carver were at loggerheads. Julie wanted her namesake granddaughter to get some shut-eye, and Jules wanted to shoot the breeze…or complain mightily about something, we don’t speak baby. Enter Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) and his soothing voice to save the day.

Days of our Lives Recap: Pick And Choose

Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) is in quite the pickle, and she sure would love some help. Luckily for her, Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) is on hand.

His first, and perhaps best, suggestion? Chanel should just dump both Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and find someone who hasn’t been possessed by the Devil and who hasn’t broken her heart either purposefully or owing to said possession. Chanel agreed to give that one some due consideration.

DAYS Spoilers Recap: Justice (Reluctantly) Served

Remember that episode of Dynasty where Alexis Morell Carrington Colby put on her fruitiest looking couture, faced the board of Denver Carrington, and threatened to can each and every one of them if they dared to vote in a way that wasn’t pleasing to her? Well, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) just went and did something incredibly similar.

Would Melinda (Tina Huang) like to save face, not to mention her job, and give Lani a fair shake, or would she like him and Paulina Price Carver (Jackée Harry) to drag her name through the mud and ensure her eventual termination? Not so surprisingly, Melinda chose to do the right thing — though she was loath to do so.
