Justin (Wally Kurth) receives an update: the Coast Guard had found wreckage from a Titan jet somewhere over the Mediterranean…. Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) admonishes Brady (Eric Martsolf) for the kiss he laid on her and insists that he accept she’s moved on with Xander (Paul Telfer).
Li (Remington Hoffman) and Melinda (Tina Huang) are given food for thought by, respectively, Gabi (Camila Banus) and Stefan (Brandon Barash). Li’s gift of a clock to the newlyweds did not go down a treat.
Abe (James Reynolds) resolves to take back the mayorship, but Rawlings (Grayson Berry) uses his opponent’s amnesia against him…. Talia (Aketra Sevillian) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) make plans for a romantic night out. Johnny (Carson Boatman), who’d decided to tell Chanel of his rekindled romantic desire for her, overhears and leaves before making his presence known…. Gwen (Emily O’Brien) catches Leo (Greg Rikaart) leaving her and Dimitri’s (Peter Porte) room post-coitus.
Gwen remains none the wiser to Dimitri and Leo’s affair…. Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Chad (Billy Flynn) made tentative peace…. Gabi tries to extract from Rachel (Finley Rose Slater) the whopper of a secret that she’s become privy to, namely Dimitri and Leo’s canoodling…. The news of Victor’s passing began to disseminate. Stephanie (Abigail Klein) supports Alex when he’s apprised.
Roman (Josh Taylor) tells Kate (Lauren Koslow) of Victor’s passing. When she hesitates to inform Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier), Roman advises Kate not to keep her son in the dark…. Rawlings ordered Shawn (Brandon Beemer) to have Paulina (Jackée Harry) arrested for assaulting him…. Abe announces to Rawlings that he intends to return to office long enough to appoint his successor: Paulina!
Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) visited Maggie and together the two reminisced about the two men that Maggie loved and lost and their own enduring friendship…. Shawn takes Victor’s death as a personal affront and laments that his family blames him for the loss…. Brady winds up Xander and ends up with a bloodied nose. Afterward, the men realize that they are more similar than different…. In his efforts to see Maggie, Xander comes upon an obviously pregnant Sarah (Linsey Godfrey).
