The Days of our Lives recaps for April 17 – April 21, 2023, featured long-in-coming reunions, baddies thwarted, and so much more.
Bo (Peter Reckell) reiterates his grand plan to a disbelieving Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) then comes face to face with Harris Michaels (Steve Burton)…Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) make each other’s acquaintance. Kristen deduces that Bo is alive and well and readies to use that to her advantage…Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) unburdens himself to Marlena (Deidre Hall) and then decides to become an actual patient of hers.
Bo convinces Harris not to rat him out to Hope (Kristian Alfonso)…Hope is infuriated over her stymied investigation…Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and Chad (Billy Flynn) are cornered by a gun-toting Thomas Banks (Eileen Davidson) but manage to get the drop on him.
Megan convinces Kristen to keep mum by intimating she has a plan to break out of Statesville and is willing to Kristen with her…Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) accidentally lobs a dart into one of Xander’s (Paul Telfer) pecs!
Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) made peace…EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) overheard Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) side of a telling phone call to Eric…Rafe (Galen Gering) confesses to some drug-fueled impropriety…Chanel (Raven Bowens) insists to Jada (Elia Cantu) that Sloan is the one responsible for the drugged biscuits…Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Gabi (Camila Banis) were freed of any and all obligations to others.
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) take sage advice from Anna (Leann Hunley) and Tony (Thaao Penghlis), respectively. She decides not to tell him about her drug-fueled dalliance with Eric; he decides to press her for details about what she’s hiding…Stefan and Gabi decided to deposit themselves at the DiMera manse.
Eric and Sloan officially couple up…Paulina (Jackée Harry) puts Sloan on notice…Wendy (Victoria Grace) flies to Seattle, tracks Tripp (Lucas Adams) down, and the two get down to the business of having their first real date.
A guilt-riddled Harris points Hope in the direction of Victor Kiriakis’s childhood home. Her arrival at the domicile precedes Bo’s by minutes…Steph and Chad locate Kayla. Mother and daughter happily reunite…Roman (Josh Taylor) is apprised of recent developments and takes in the sight of Marlena. Andrew (Colton Little) reveals to the trio that Megan has confessed it was actually Bo who absconded with Kayla.
