Too Many Days of our Lives Fish In the Sea: Who Should Heal Ava’s Heart

Ava Vitale just lost her fiancé on Days of our Lives (shhh, don’t tell anyone he wasn’t actually her husband). But even within the lies, her heart is still broken, missing Jake DiMera. Who should be the one to get Ava back into the love game – or, at least, a distraction from the tears?

Certainly neither of the two candidates the show is so obviously currently shoving on us, a majority 83% of you couldn’t be any clearer. We see what you’re doing, The Powers That Be. And we don’t like it. Can’t a woman grieve for five minutes before you start trying to hook her up with someone new?

DAYS: Brotherly Love

If Ava (Tamra Braun) thinks she can fool the DiMeras into believing she and Jake (Brandon Barash) were legally married prior to his death – which means she is totally the legal owner of those DiMera shares – then she might as well go all the way and snag the guy who really holds the power in the DiMera family these days: EJ DiMera, 13% of the audience insists. Sure, love is great, but how does it compare to being rich, powerful, and in charge? Seems like an excellent opportunity for Ava to find out.

Days of our Lives: Little Boy Blue

Yeah, yeah, show, we see it, too, you’re not wrong. Ava and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) have chemistry. Unfortunately, only 4% of the fans are loving it. It’s not that Johnny is Jake’s nephew. This is DAYS, don’t even try to figure out how many people have dated relatively close relatives. And it’s not that he’s EJ’s son. Again, a common occurrence in Salem. We just think that Johnny is a kid. Ava is way, way, WAY more woman than he can over hope to handle. This has disaster written all over it: For both of them.
