Chloe Lane is one of the most popular women in Salem these Days of our Lives. Every time she turns around, there’s a man popping up to tell her how much he loves her, how wonderful she is, and how badly he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.
But what — or who — does Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) actually love? Soap Hub posed the question, and here’s what over 2,000 voters think is going on with her love life.
Chloe has no reason to give up on Xander (Paul Telfer), 8% would like to point out. Xander didn’t lie to her. Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) lied to him. Xander says he doesn’t love his ex-wife anymore. The only thing he cares about is getting access to his baby daughter. That has nothing to do with Chloe — or their plans to wed.
Chloe does and should love herself best. And she should put herself first. Get away from all those guys and reassess. What do you really want for the future? Not just for you, but for Parker, too. Everyone is pressuring you from all sides. That’s no way to start a relationship, 10% advise.
None of this would even be happening if Chloe hadn’t decided to leave the man she truly loves, Brady (Eric Martsolf), because his daughter is a brat of mega-proportions, 22% sigh. Xander was just a fill-in for his cousin. If it weren’t for Rachel (Finley Rose Slater), Brady and Chloe would still be together, and all other options would be moot.
Chloe fell in love with Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) in high school, and she has loved him ever since, according to 60% of the audience. Sure, she may have married Brady and agreed to marry Xander. But none of that matters. Did you see how she reacted when discovering Philip was still alive? She instantly forgave him for everything. That’s what true love looks like.
