Gwen Rizczech first showed up on Days of our Lives by faking insanity in order to hide out in a mental institution. She claimed it was because her boyfriend was abusive. She was lying. Since then, she’s lied about quite a few things, including her miscarriage in order to frame Abigail Deveraux DiMera, and knowing where Sarah Horton was…even as she cuddled up to Sarah’s man, Xander Cook.
Days of our Lives Polling
Now at least some of her lies are about to come out. Does she deserve to lose the life she’s made for herself in Salem in the meantime? We heard from almost 2,000 voters:
Nail Her To the Fall
Yes, 70% of you aren’t even trying to mince words. She’s a horrible person. Her excuse is always that she never had enough love in her life, so she has to steal it where she can. Well, now she has Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) playing doting Daddy, and Xander (Paul Telfer), who was willing to come to her aid even when he knew she was up to no good. And yet, Gwen (Emily O’Brien) keeps telling lies, even when she no longer has to. You’ve all had enough.
Days of our Lives: Choices Are
Gwen’s not a bad person, 19% argue. She’s a good person…who just makes terrible choices. She needs love and understanding and forgiveness. Surely, once she has all that, she’ll stop messing with people’s lives. Right? Right???
And Then There Was One
As long as Jack doesn’t turn his back on her, Gwen should be fine, 11% of Days of our Lives fans predict. Everyone else is justified in reading Gwen for filth and walking out, but Jack is her father, and no matter how many terrible stunts she pulls, it’s his job to remain supportive. It’s not like his past is exactly pure as the driven snow either, now is it?
