Days of our Lives Keep Away: Should Leo Stark Protect Gwen From Dimitri?

Days of our Lives fans were a bit flabbergasted the other day when Leo tried to talk some sense into Gwen about Dimitri – and he was actually making sense! Leo appears to see through Dimitri in a way no one – certainly not Gwen – is capable of doing. Should he use all his charm, snappy banter, and genuine love for her to keep his bestie safe from the royal rascal?

We actually believe Leo (Greg Rikaart) means well, 17% are since about that. But Gwen (Emily O’Brien) is a grown woman, and he should allow her to make her own choices. Yes, Dimitri (Peter Porte) is only using her as a means to his own ends. But if Gwen is OK with that – and the money that comes with it – then it’s really none of Leo’s business.

DOOL: Truth or Dare

Right now, Leo only has half the story, 24% point out. He thinks Dimitri is only using Gwen for good press coverage. When it’s actually so much more than that. If he digs deeper and finds out the whole truth, then he can go to Gwen to warn her. Though, Dimitri’s true plans might entice her even more than the others. Gwen might enjoy being rich royalty. Leo Stark: Through Days of our Lives Thick and Thin

In the end, though, 59% are proud of Leo for doing what’s best for Gwen. In a stunning plot twist, there is nothing in this for him at all – well, except a bit of revenge for the “manhandling” he’s still miffed about. Most of Leo’s concern is truly for his BFF and it’s sweet to see this side of him. Leo also knows a con man when he sees one. Game recognizes game, after all. Gwen would do well to listen to him. And heed his warnings.
