DAYS Star Judi Evans Rejoins The Social Media World

It’s been a while since soap vet and Days of our Lives star Judi Evans was last seen on Instagram where her upbeat and honest presence is always a breath of fresh air. However, now the actress who brought Adrienne Johnson Kiriakis to life on and off for nearly four decades, and currently brings Bonnie Lockhart Kiriakis to life, has rejoined the social media landscape and has a message for her fans.

Judi Evans Can’t Wait To Interact Again

When Evans first wanted to start up again sharing her life on Instagram, she had a bit of a problem with the app — namely that she couldn’t remember how to get into her old account, so she had to create a brand-new one. In order to get people to the new account, she took to Twitter to tell followers where they can find her, with a little help from a DAYS friend. Onscreen husband Wally Kurth, who plays Justin Kiriakis on the soap, retweeted her message to get the word out.

“Hi all! I have been locked out of my verified Instagram account (ugh!) so I started a new one and I’m hoping Instagram catches up!” Evans tweeted. “Dipping a toe back into the social media world… slowly but surely. Come find me and follow along! @judievansofficial.”

A New Instagram Life For DAYS Star

Who can resist such a request, especially when it comes from a beloved soap star? Once you head over to Instagram, you’ll see a video message from Evans explaining what happened.

“I know I’ve been kind of scarce on social media for a while…please bear with me. One of the little snags that we discovered along the way is I don’t know how to get into my original Instagram,” she said. “Yeah, it’s a problem, so we’re going to use a different Instagram, THIS Instagram, so share it. It’ll be fun, interacting, I’m looking forward to it. Be gentle with me please, it’s a journey.”

Now that we’ll be seeing more of Evans on social media, will we see more of her on DAYS as Bonnie gets used to life as a Kiriakis? We sure hope so.
