Kristen is on an “I’m a Good Person Now That I’m in Love and Have a Baby Tour” on Days of Our Lives. Kristen asked Marlena to help raise Rachel if Kristen is sent to prison.

A winning 73% of you are as weirded out as Marlena (Deidre Hall) seemed to be. Is she really expected to play nice with the woman who has tried to kill her, time after time after time? Sure, she’s Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) baby mama, so Marlena has to be pleasant if she wants John (Drake Hogysten) to have a relationship with his son, and now his granddaughter.

But does that mean Marlena and Kristen (Stacey Haiduk) need to become soul sisters? Marlena has every right to be wary, keep her distance, and not to pretend like her history with Kristen never happened. If it’s weird for the fans, imagine how weird it is for Marlena. She can agree to help Brady with Rachel if Kristen goes to prison for stabbing Victor (John Aniston). Does anyone doubt that Marlena wouldn’t have stepped in anyway? But the hugging is a bit much. Boundaries, Krissy. Boundaries.

This is awesome, 27% of Days of Our Lives fans can’t wait to see what happens next. Kristen can never be fully accepted by the good people of Salem unless she gets a stamp of approval from Dr. Evans first. (Look at Ben, Marlena being in his corner went a long way towards turning a serial killer into a romantic lead.) And having Marlena and Kristen be buds will truly prove that no one is irredeemable.
