On Days Of Our Lives (DOOL), it sure seems like Hope and Rafe are over — at least, for the time being. He wanted to know why they weren’t married yet.
She confessed no one would ever take Bo’s (Peter Reckell) place in her heart. Rafe (Galen Gering) said he can’t live like that.
He doesn’t do casual and, before Hope — and we — knew what hit us, Rafe had called the whole thing off and walked out the door — and straight into his ex, Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) arms.
So… that’s it? No more Rope? So where does Hope go from here? Is there another appropriate man for her in Salem? Or should she take a break and live the single life for a while? Here’s what almost 6,000 fans had to say.
‘Cause I’m Strong Enough To Live Without You!
Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) life has been intertwined with a man for so long — HopeAndBo, that’s one word, isn’t it? — that 77% of you really think she needs to step back and learn to enjoy her own company for a change.
The last time she rushed into a relationship, she ended up with Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove), who tried to kill her. Maybe she should take her time on this go-around. She’s strong enough to manage dinner-for-one for a while.
Take Two
Oh, Rafe (Gale Garing) didn’t mean it, poo-poo 22% of the audience. Sure, he was mad. His pride was hurt. But Hope was only being honest about her feelings, and once Rafe realizes that he’ll be back. So while there is nothing wrong with being single, Hope doesn’t need to be.
She has a great, upstanding guy who is crazy about her, and they’ll work out their differences eventually. Perhaps even in time for Christmas? After all, nobody should have to spend the holidays alone….
