DAYS Star Martha Madison Marks A Major Milestone For Her Late Mother

Over the weekend, Days of our Lives star Martha Madison, who onscreen has shown intense worry for her character Belle Black Brady’s mom as she’s dealt with her possession by the devil, offscreen paid tribute to her real-life mother, Barbara, who would have celebrated a very special occasion had she not passed away last May.

Martha Madison Pays Tribute

The actress took to Instagram with a beautiful image of her mother lovingly cupping her face, writing, “Today would have been a milestone birthday for my Mom – the Big 70,” Madison shared. “She was always my biggest cheerleader and loaded me up with great advice along the way. In our family, we call them ‘Mom-isms.’

“Probably the most impactful for me,” continued Madison, “was ‘Just go for it.’ Seems simple enough, but when you face scary, hard, impossible-feeling things, and your hero whispers in your ear, ‘Just go for it’ – You do! I did. I still do,” she added. Then the beloved star reached out to her followers with a request.

“In honor of her 70th birthday, Madison added, “I want to know the most meaningful piece of advice your Mom (or the one who raised you) gave you. I hope you’ll share in the comments below ⬇️. And if you knew my Mom personally, I’d love even more to hear the best advice she ever gave you.”
