The last time we saw Sarah Horton she was taken by that mean mean mean Kristen DiMera. Days of our Lives spoilers tease that poor, heartbroken Xander Cook still thinks she ran off and he is finally ready to move on. Well, Xander, enjoy your time with Gwen Rizczech while it lasts because Sarah isn’t going to stay away forever.
Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) disappearing act (albeit a forced one) has paved the way for Xander (Paul Telfer) to get cozy with quite a few other Salem ladies. He drunk married Chanel Dupree (then Precious Way – now, Raven Bowens), hit the sheets with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), and now he’s falling for Gwen (Emily O’Brien). Something tells us this new romance is going to stick. Well, at least until Sarah rolls back into town.
Picture this, Xander and Gwen standing at the aisle in a few months. He’s in his handsome garb and she’s in a stunning gown. Xander is finally happy and deeply in love. Gwen is ready for a future with this man who continually proves he’s the only one she can trust. Life is good. For a few more minutes, anyway.
The couple exchange rings, say “I do” and their lips touch for their very first kiss. All of a sudden there’s a commotion. The venue doors swing open, all the guests gasp, and someone lets out a shocked “oh my god.” Xander and Gwen turn around and see what all the fuss is about. There is Sarah, and she’s not alone.
Xander’s beloved ex-fiance is standing looking a vision of beauty, and much to his shock, Sarah’s holding a baby! His baby! The timing is right and immediately, there is no doubt in Xander’s mind the child Sarah has his her arms is his.
Talk about a dilemma! Xander stands there in shock as Sarah tells everyone what happened. His world turns upside down hearing she fought so hard for their love and to bring their child to him. What a twist! Think this wild speculation could really happen? Let us know in the comments section below.
