DAYS Spoilers Video Preview: Ciara Remembers, Sami and EJ Split

What happens after Ben Weston kidnaps Ciara Brady from her wedding to Theo Carver? How does EJ DiMera handle Sami Brady DiMera, after learning about her affair with Lucas Horton? Salem fans will finally find out, this week in DAYS spoilers, as the action picks up exactly where it left off before the soap’s two-week Summer Olympics break.

DAYS Spoilers Video Preview

Here’s your Days of our Lives video preview for the week of August 9 – 13, 2021. By the looks of the teaser, there are blissful moments on the horizon for one couple, while the other is hit head-on with an obstacle from which it may never recover.

Back With A Bombshell

“Days of our Lives left us hanging,” begins the preview, referring to the powerful cliffhanger the soap aired before its two-week Summer Olympics break. Namely, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) kidnapping Ciara (Victoria Konefal) before she headed to the chapel to marry Theo (Cameron Johnson), and EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) learning Sami (Alison Sweeney) cheated on him with Lucas (Bryan Dattilo).

The action cuts to Ben driving a limousine with Ciara as a very exasperated backseat passenger. “I’m getting married today,” Ciara informs her driver. “Not anymore,” retorts Ben, who clearly has other plans for the ex-wife he still deeply loves.

“Now it’s back,” the voice-over continues, as the drama shifts to the DiMera mansion where EJ confronts his wife. “I know you cheated on me,” EJ tells a sobbing Sami.

Showdown at the Mansion

What’s Sami to do next? She apparently fills Lucas in on what’s transpired between her and her husband. “He knows about us,” she warns Lucas.

Lucas, in turn, rushes over to the mansion. He finds the betrayed EJ sitting in a chair in the DiMera living room with a drink in his hand. It looks like EJ has been waiting for Lucas to show up.

Cabin Fever Pitch

“And worth the wait,” the preview teases, while flashes of Ben and Ciara’s happiest moments together flash across the screen. Seconds later, Ben and Ciara arrive at the cabin, where their love story first began – the place Ben brought Ciara after her motorcycle accident and nursed her back to health.

Ciara stands in the doorway, when suddenly something comes over her. She gasps. Does she recognize the cabin as her and Ben’s special place? And, more importantly, will it bring all her memories of the deep love they shared racing back to her?

It certainly seems like that will be the case…eventually. “Oh my God! I remember,” Ciara cries out. It’s the words Ben and Days of our Lives viewers have been waiting to hear. Check it out for yourself in the DAYS spoilers video preview below.
