Here’s a tip, or three, if you’re thinking about asking someone to marry you. Don’t make mention of your previous intended, and if you accidentally do, don’t continue to do so. Don’t offer your would-be-fiancée a secondhand ring, especially if it once belonged to that ex that you won’t shut up about. Do pop the question while completely naked…if you’ve got a body like Xander’s (Paul Telfer). That torso can make up for a multitude of errors. That Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) is a lucky, lucky girl.

Days of our Lives Recap: The Truth Will Out (Eventually)

Chloe, Chloe, Chloe. Ms. Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) has clearly learned nothing about keeping other people’s business out of her mouth. Was it really necessary to loop Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) in on the affair that Craig Wesley’s (Kevin Spirtas) is having…or that said affair is with another man?

And speaking of Craig, dude’s gonna need the number of an excellent dry cleaner – that clam chowder that Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) doused him with is going to stain something fierce.

DOOL Recap: It’s A Jungle Out There

After a spot of reconnaissance, Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) not so helpfully deduced that she’s stuck in a decrepit mansion constructed smack dab in the middle of a jungle. Also, why does that eyepatch on the floor look so familiar to her?

Either Patchy Clause is real, and missing his prized accessory, or Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) is another unwitting guest of Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). A perfunctory search of the aforementioned decrepit mansion bears out the latter.

Meanwhile, a clearly unwell Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) busied herself with forkfuls of peach pie and twirls around her bedroom. She was graceful and beautiful and not at all like a busted ballerina.
