The Devil has got itself a plan. Step one, get rid of nuisances like Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) bride, Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens). Step two, convince EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) to sign his shares in DiMera Enterprises over to his human host.
Why the Devil wants controlling interest in an international conglomerate headquartered in the Midwest, is anybody’s guess, but it worked out pretty well for that Damien Thorn [The Omen], so there’s precedent.
Days of our Lives Recap: The Truth Shall Set You (Or An Innocent) Free
Despite the both of them deciding that their night of passion felt right and natural, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Chanel decided that they’d rather stand by their men than see where the two of them could go from here. Now comes the hard part.
Does Allie tell Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) about her little indiscretion, or does she keep mum about it, and pray that no one ever finds out? You get three guesses as to what she decides, and the first two don’t count.

Meanwhile, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) grew a conscience and decided that he just couldn’t abide EJ going to jail for a crime that he probably didn’t commit. But have no fear Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), Chad won’t drag Lucas Horton’s (Bryan Dattilo) name or reputation through the mud.
In fact, Chad’s going to risk his newly reestablished relationship with Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) and his freedom in order to be the bigger man and take all the necessary responsibility. How big of him.
DOOL Spoilers Recap: Out Of The Frying Pan…
Though he managed to narrowly avoid an awkward breakfast date with his girlfriend and his one-night stand, Rafe (Galen Gering) couldn’t bypass the chastisement delivered by a fit-to-be-tied Melinda Trask (Tina Huang). And no, Madame D.A., he can’t explain why not one, but two of his arrestees are accusing him of planting evidence on them.
