Poor, poor Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). She was really looking forward to welcoming Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) back from the dead, but there was Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) telling her that Jake was too far gone.

That was the bad news. The good news is that, despite Jake being a lost cause, Kristen can still welcome back a brother — how’d she like to meet Stefan O. DiMera (also Brandon Barash)?
DOOL Recap: Light At The End Of The Tunnel
Just when things are looking darkest for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), Dr. Marlena “Never Met A Patient She Couldn’t Hypnotize” Evans Black (Deidre Hall) stepped up and helped her retrieve an all-important memory.
On the night that Abigail (Marci Miller) was stabbed to death, a lovelorn Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) bogarted Sarah’s time, then stayed and watched over her once her mixed medication — anti-hallucinogens and sleeping pills — kicked in. The takeaway? It was impossible for Sarah to sneak away and get all stab happy.

Days of our Lives Recap: Hardball
Having thought long and hard about what is being asked of her, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) agreed to go along with Gabi Hernandez DiMera’s (Camila Banus) scheme to lie about a marriage to Jake that never was…but Ava wants some things in return. She wants an executive job at DiMera Enterprises, a six-figure salary, and a seat on the board. Gabi’s not too thrilled at the idea of meeting those demands, but beggars can’t be choosers.
DOOL Recap: The Plot Thickens
If there’s one thing that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) neither wants nor needs, it’s Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) fake sympathy. He’s got that woman’s number and make no mistake about it. Took him long enough!
Speaking of Gwen, she may be down, but she’s not exactly out. Never underestimate crazy. Especially if that crazy has a mask that will make her the duplicate of her archrival.
DAYS Spoilers Recap: Mr. Question
Call EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) suspicious if you must, but he’s not buying the story that Ava is trying to sell, and given that there’s yet to be a marriage license filed at the county courthouse, he may have reason to be suspect. Will Gabi be able to get the relevant papers in the right (bribed) hands in time for EJ’s next call?
