The DAYS spoilers for Friday, August 27, 2021, tease an awkward foursome in the making, an expert seller doing what he does best, and a figure from the past threatening someone’s future.
DAYS Spoilers Highlight
Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) make plans to meet Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) new mystery man – and all the while they remain completely oblivious to the fact that he is, in fact, Allie’s twin brother Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). And speaking of Johnny…
Look for EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) son to use his innate charm to get uncle Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and auntie Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) to invest in the movie that he’s interested in making.
Days of our Lives: Not So Happy Day(s)
Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) and Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) continue to happily ensconce themselves in wedding preparations. Next on the agenda? Find Justin a best man.
And since Bonnie already scored Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) for her matron of honor, Justin decides that his best option would be her husband, Steve (Stephen Nichols)…because nothing says awkward like asking the husband of the woman you nearly married to stand up for you while you marry his dead sister’s doppelganger.
Oh, and while we’re on the subject of awkward happenings, Bonnie finds herself in some hot water thanks to a blast from her better-forgotten past. Sister-in-law Calista Lockhart (Cady Huffman) comes a-calling – and she’s brought a gun.
No, not to shoot Bonnie with. But it does seem that blackmail might be on the agenda. Remember that husband of Bonnie’s, the one who got himself killed by daughter Mimi? Might the gun being waved around by Calista have something to do with a long-ago crime? Or did Bonnie involve herself in another shady enterprise that involved a firearm?
