The DAYS spoilers for Wednesday, August 18, 2021, tease the return of a native son, worry over a missing mother and daughter, and a family secret threatening to come out.

Poor Olivia Price (Marla Gibbs) obviously has her hands full with trying to convince wayward daughter Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) that revealing that she, and not sister Tamara Price, is Lani Grant’s (Sal Stowers) natural mother is a majorly bad idea.
Imagine how long it would take Lani – who’s still nursing a 30-something-year-old grudge – to forgive this untold truth. Chances are not good that this would make for a moving and emotional family reunion anytime soon.
Days of our Lives Spoilers: There’s A New DiMera In Town
Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) beloved son, and Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) twin brother makes a surprise return to his hometown – and immediately catches the eye of one Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens).
Will he be a schemer like his parents or will this kid not be a chip off the old block? Either way, it appears Salem may never be the same after his arrival. Look for these two young ‘uns to get their flirt on.

DOOL Spoilers: Missing In Action
Meanwhile, DAYS spoilers tease that Johnny’s twin, Allie, is convinced that some untoward fate has befallen their mother, so, it’s off to grandpa John Black (Drake Hogestyn) – the real-life super spy – and grandma Marlena Evans Black’s (Deidre Hall) abode.
She fills the two in on all the recent goings-on, including Sami’s affair with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and her being turfed out by EJ. Exactly the kind of thing any grandparents would want to hear about their daughter–from her daughter. But they know Sami, so there’s a good chance they won’t be too shocked.
John and Marlena agree that Allie certainly has cause for concern – but then, as if by magic, Marlena and Allie both receive text messages, purportedly sent by Sami herself. Will they fall for such an obvious trick?
