The Days of our Lives recap for Wednesday, October 27, 2021, features Steve Johnson pulling a fast one on Melinda Trask, Nicole Walker Brady making her position on a certain matter quite clear, and Philip Kiriakis trying his luck with Chloe Lane.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Thank goodness for Steve (Stephen Nichols). Without his intervention, Kristen would have walked right out of Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) apartment with Rachel in tow – because Lord knows that Brady is the least aware man in all of Salem.
And without Steve, Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) wouldn’t have a chance at getting out of lockup – because Lord, and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), knows that Victor Kiriakis (Jon Aniston) wasn’t going to lift a finger to help them.
It’s his learned opinion that Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will get over their lady loves, and truth be told, he’s probably right. Justin never had a problem moving on from Adrienne, Bonnie’s doppelganger; and Xander…well, who’s going to turn all of that down?

DAYS Recap: Cold Hard Facts
If Nicole (Arianne Zucker) had a theme song, it would be, “I’m Not Sorry” from NBC’s Smash. She’s not sorry that she let Steve get ahold of EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) phone. She’s not sorry that he used it to track down Kristen. And she’s sure as hell not going to be sorry to hear that Kristen’s been caught. In fact, she’ll probably do a short jig.
And since EJ is still all kinds of smitten with his ex, he’s decided to accept Nicole’s position. He doesn’t really like it. He won’t be joining her during the aforementioned jig. But he does get it. And if he keeps being so gallant, he’s going to be getting it.
DOOL Recap: To The Test
He wined and dined her…then got shut down pretty hard. But Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) is still not 100% sure that it’s because Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) slept with Brady the night before. Maybe she really was tired. Maybe.
