The Days of Our Lives recap for Tuesday, March 24, 2020, features several twists and turns. Nicole got a shock, Xander did damage control, Maggie tried to make things right, and a nightmare cleared the air.
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) thought she had it made. She had good samples, a seemingly good lab tech, and a good chance at proving the truth. It all fell apart when the results came back, though. They showed Mickey wasn’t Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk) after all.
But wait, there’s more! The DNA test was tampered with, of course. Xander (Paul Telfer) paid off the tech to tamper with the results. There was no way he was letting the truth get out.
That out of the way, Xander had his real life to tend to. He built baby Mickey a toddler bed (why, we don’t know, isn’t she in a cradle at the hospital?) and even bought new bedding and pillows. (Suffocation hazard, much?) Sarah was thrilled even though she is a doctor who should definitely know better.
The bad news was, all of that was going down. The good news is, Mickey is ready to come home. In a matter of hours, Sarah and Eric would have the baby girl back in their arms.
A mess of confusion is on the way for the Hope/Gina situation. Apparently, it is Hope (Kristian Alfonso) because she had a nightmare Gina was coming to claim her body again. She woke up in a sweat and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) talked her down. They then talked about the men in Kayla’s life and what will happen when SteVano becomes Steve again.
Speaking of romance, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara (Victoria Konefal) heated up the screen when he got out of prison. He was a free man and ready to jump back into real life.
The prison lost one inmate but it was about to gain another. Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) decided it was time to turn herself in. Everyone tried to talk her out of it, including Justin. He didn’t think this is what Adrienne would want at all. But, what’s done was done and Maggie was intent on paying the price for her actions. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
