The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, March 24 sees a wave of joy spread over Genoa City, as Sharon makes plans for the future, Mariah gets through to Tessa, Theo looks to outsmart Kyle, and Kyle and Summer keep on coasting.

Sharon (Sharon Case) tells Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) that running away from your problems never helps matters. Which is why Sharon has never, ever done it. Faith wants to know if she and Sharon will still take their planned mother-daughter trip this summer. Her cancer will be all better by then, won’t it?
Ha ha, Faith, no one is going anywhere this summer. Especially not someone with a suppressed immune system. OK, we digress. Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) does realize that it isn’t the smartest plan and instead suggests they visualize health. Sure, that’ll help.
Mariah Pleads Her Case
“No, no, no, no,” Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) says when Mariah (Camryn Grimes) wants her to give them another chance.
“Please, please, please, please,” Mariah begs. She asks nicely and everything! Of course, at first, it seems to not impress Tessa in the slightest. But she keeps trying and trying and trying.

It turns out to be a winning argument, as Tessa says, “OK, just one more chance. But, that’s it!” So these two crazy kids will be giving love another shot and hopefully, they can put this behind them. Hmm.
Take Over the World, Pinky
Lola (Sasha Calle) watches Theo (Tyler Johnson) make pierogi, which she says is just a Polish version of empanadas. (Wasn’t he Dutch a few months ago? He brought Dutch cookies to the Abbott’s Christmas dinner.) He also fixes the heating at Society. Remember when Lola was good at everything? Now Theo is good at everything! They’re perfect for each other!
Theo has dinner with Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) assistant. They’re going to take over Jabot! It’s not like Jack would notice….
Summer and Kyle Remember
Kyle realizes it’s the anniversary of his marriage to Summer (Hunter King). Remember that romantic day, when she blackmailed him into it and he grit his teeth and did it all to save Lola’s life?
