The Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, October 13, 2020, features Kristen doing the right thing at the wrong time, Jake taking life by the horns, and Abigail’s new bestie plotting her next move.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

Eli (Lamon Archey) played the damning confession and gave Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) three options: he turns in the recording and risks Lani (Sal Stowers) hating him forever, he keeps it to himself and Lani goes to jail, or Kristen does the right thing and comes clean. She picked door number three. Eli deleted the confession.

Unfortunately, her confession came at the very worst time. Lani (Sal Stowers) was at the station and used the power of grieving mothers everywhere to talk Trask (Tina Huang) out of punishing Kristen. It was going well until Kristen came in and opened her big mouth.

What’s Up With Jack?

Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Jen (Melissa Reeves) had the pleasure of watching Rachel while Brady headed to the station. They were all smiles as they walked down memory lane. However, Jack’s smile turned into a frown when he realized he will still missing many pieces of his past.

Gwen’s Up To No Good

Speaking of Jen, the anniversary of waking up from her coma is just two weeks away. Gwen (Emily O’Brien) convinced Abigail (Marci Miller) to throw a party. Abby claimed to be too busy but Gwen promised to pitch in. It was her way to make up for her mistakes and make friends.

That was not true, of course. As soon as Abby left the house, Jake (Brandon Barash) caught her talking to Stefano’s portrait. She vowed to make the patriarch proud. Jake did not confront her though, but at least someone in the house knew something was up.

Jake Demanded His Dues

That was no the only drama going on for Jake. He had it out with Chad (Billy Flynn) over being left out of the family fortune. He wanted his fair share and demanded to be co-CEOs. When Chad said no, Jake pulled rank. He was the older sibling and therefore the heir. Chad was just spare parts. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
