Jan (Heather Lindell) did not let a little thing like Brady (Eric Martsolf) sneaking off get in her way. She warned everyone to stay in line or else. Within minutes, it was back to the ceremony. She said ‘I do’ and waited for Shawn (Brandon Beemer) to say the same.

John Attacked Jan!

Her plan fell apart when Shawn (Brandon Beemer) resisted, the family lost it, and Jan played a dangerous game. She told Shawn his precious Belle was already dead. This ignited a fire in everyone, especially John (Drake Hogestyn). He grabbed the “bride” and choked her until she was almost dead!

Brady and Eli (Lamon Archey) arrived just in time to save Jan. Eli called for an ambulance and placed John under arrest. He did not like cuffing John, but he had no choice. Seeing Eli had everything under control, Shawn ran off to find his real fiancé.

Welcome To Salem Life

Poor Claire (Isabel Durant) was beside herself. She thought her mother was dead and couldn’t imagine life without her. Charlie (Mike Manning) stuck by her side and assured her Jan was lying. Talk about a strange introduction to the family!

Strange Bedfellows

Meanwhile, Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) drank his face off in the Kiriakis living room. Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) tried to talk him into slowing down but he was not having it. He deserved a good, stiff drink.

He finally relented and headed to bed where he got a surprise. Belle was there in his bed. She had no recollection of how she got there. She did remember fighting with Jan. She asked him to call her family, and waited for Shawn to get there.

Spy Games

Meanwhile, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander (Paul Telfer) snuck into Ava’s apartment. They went through her things and were rather upset they did not learn her identity.

Ava startled them when she came home but they managed to hide. Unfortunately, even being in the apartment with her did no good. They still did not know who the mystery woman was. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
