Chad (Billy Flynn) continued playing the waiting game with his dad, but this time, with a twist. He made this mistake of texting back and forth at the bar and Kate (Lauren Koslow) saw the messages and forced Chad to spill. Unfortunately, there was no way to lie when she saw it all anyway.

What Chad didn’t know is Kate was already in on the secret. Not only did she know Stefano was still alive but she knew where he was and all about his new face.

She went and paid SteVano a visit and updated him on how his son was dealing with everything — which, as far as Kate was concerned, was not well. She warned SteVano that Chad was failing at every turn. Does this mean Kate knows about Princess Gina too?

More Pieces Fell Into Places

Speaking of Gina (Kristen Alfonso), the walls were closing in on the royal. Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) struggled to put the pieces together and Abigail (Kate Mansi) decided a trip to the scene of the crime would do her good. So, off they went. Being back on the balcony helped and even unlocked more memories. Fortunately, Gina was not one of them. But, it’s only a matter of time.

This Means War

Meanwhile, Gabi (Camila Banus) worked her magic on Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes). She cried about the situation with Chad and asked for Julie’s support, which she got. In fact, the women went through their past, laid it all to rest, and agreed to move forward together.

Bad Blood

Over in Rome, Lani (Sal Stowers) got a shock when Eli (Lamon Archey) revealed what his life is like now. Not only is he working with Gabi but he’s sharing a life with her too. Gabi didn’t just ruin her marriage she stole Lani’s place in Eli’s heart.

Outside the church, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) got ready to meet her maker when JJ (Casey Moss) put a gun to her head. He was good and ready to pull the trigger and carry out his revenge mission but Eli and Lani came across the emotional scene.
