Days of our Lives Recap, Friday, June 21: Kristen’s In Trouble

The Days of our Lives recap for Friday, June 21 features a day of harsh reactions and looming consequences for your favorite Salemites. Sarah felt the pressure, Claire got a dose of (fake) reality, and Ted faced his own mortality.

Too Late for Love?
Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Sami (Alison Sweeney) cleaned up after the wake and relived some of their fondest memories of Caroline. The conversation quickly turned to Eric’s romantic future. Sami was delighted to learn Eric was done with Nicole but what’s next?

He told Sami about Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and she told him to go win her over. However, he better get over that crush fast. Rex (Kyle Lowder) pushed for the wedding to be moved up — to today! Sarah tried to say no but there was really no reason to wait.

Playing With Fire
Meanwhile, Ciara (Victoria Konefal) snuck in to see Ben (Robert Scott Wilson). She told him all about her and Tripp’s (Lucas Adams) plan. They are going to fake getting back together to cause Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) to meltdown and confess. But will it work?

Tripp already put their secret scheme into action. Claire arrived home to melt into Tripp’s arms but got dumped instead. He let her down gently and she held it together well enough until she found out Ciara was involved. Then, she had an epic temper tantrum.

Searching For Ted
Speaking of Ben, Eve (Kassie DePaiva) bragged to Hope (Kristian Alfonso) about locking him up. She did what Hope could never do and got Ben in cuffs.

There is just one hitch, she has yet to find a new DA. Eve said she offered the job to Ted (Gilles Marini) but has yet to hear from him. Does Hope know where he is? Hope soon realized her friend was missing. Hope knew he had called Nicole so she went to see the mourning mom. Obviously, that was a dead end.

Killer Orders
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) already called upon Xander (Paul Telfer) to “take care of Ted” and make sure the legal eagle never saw the light of day again. Kristen had the autopsy report and threatened to use it against Xander if he did not do as he was told. Xander showed up at Ted’s cell door ready to take him out.
