The Days of our Lives recap for Friday, January 15, 2021, features Philip feeling the heat, Claire blinded by love, and Charlie playing games, and Tripp setting out to expose his brother.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Charlie (Mike Manning) was back in for questioning and Rafe (Galen Gering) laid everything on the table. They had proof Ava was drugged and he was sure Charlie was the culprit. Charlie denied the drugging but he slipped up and had to admit Ava was his mom. Whoops.
Twisted Turns
Tripp (Lucas Adams) broke into Charlie’s apartment to steal his toothbrush. As luck would have it, Steve (Stephen Nichols) had the same idea. Tripp got spooked and he grabbed a bat. Thankfully, he didn’t hit Steve too hard and all was okay.
The pair rushed their evidence to Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). She agreed to run the test to see if Charlie is Henry’s father. She even apologized for putting Tripp through hell. No sooner did Kayla get the samples to the lab than Rafe called Steve. Charlie was out on bail.
Tripp realized he left his phone on Charlie’s table. He rushed back to get it. He managed to get his cell but as he was leaving Charlie was arriving and caught him red-handed.
Claire Was A Mess
Poor Claire (Isabel Durant) was so broken-hearted she tried to convince herself and Belle (Martha Madison) that Charlie was innocent. None of it added up for Claire. Sure, he could not explain why Ava was found in Charlie’s apartment but there is no way he put her there or did the other evil things. Belle tried to talk Claire down.
Brady Stood Up For Love
Meanwhile, Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) went to Brady’s hotel room. They spent all of a minute chatting about Philip’s mob trouble before they talked about Kristen. Brady opened up about his guilt about the kiss and Kristen seeing it and getting the wrong impression. Chloe asked if he was really prepared for four years alone. Darn right he is.
The Walls Closed In On Philip
Speaking of Philip’s trouble, the mob became the last of his worries. Xander (Paul Telfer) dropped the bomb that he knew all about Ava (Tamara Braun) and the money laundering scheme. Philip was shocked. He was even more stunned to find out Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) played him. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
