Days of Our Lives recap for Monday, April 6, 2020, feature a heartbreaking bombshell, a seriously mad scientist, and Kayla making a dangerous decision.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Brady (Eric Martsolf) was drowning in a sea of confusion over baby Mickey’s birthmark. He couldn’t believe but he couldn’t think of any other explanation. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) came in before he could spin out of control. They cooed over the baby until Sarah came to her.
Sarah took the baby home, put her to bed, and spent time with her man. She and Xander’s (Paul Telfer) wedding was only a day away and she couldn’t wait to be his wife. Xander was just as excited. He was thrilled to announce he talked Justin (Wally Kurth) into officiating the nuptials.
A Harsh Reality
Little did any of these players know their lives were about to go off the rails. Over at the apartment, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) wasted no time telling Eric (Greg Vaughan) the baby swap truth. Mickey was really Rachel and his sweet angel was the one who didn’t make it that night.
Eric was beside himself. His daughter wasn’t his daughter and he and Sarah were duped. However, will he explain this to Sarah? Nicole thought they shouldn’t. In fact, she proposed taking this secret to their graves.
I Love You
Meanwhile, there were moments of love and redemption in Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) hospital room. She was awake, the chip was out, and all she wanted was John (Drake Hogestyn). He was more than happy to oblige. They took each other’s hands and thanked their lucky stars love prevailed.
Later, Brady and Kristen popped by for a visit and a surprising scene unfolded. Marlena forgave Kristen for covering her father’s tracks. She knew how it was to be under Stefano’s spell.
A Bold Decision
As for Rolf, he demanded his reward – a meeting with SteVano (Stephen Nichols). Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) took the doc to the baddie’s room and even left them alone for a minute. However, it wasn’t until after demanding Rolf take out Stevano’s chip as well.
If Rolf doesn’t agree then she will do it herself she said. The evildoers balked and once she was out of the room they began to scheme. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
