The Days of our Lives recap for Friday, October 2, 2020, features Allie spilling the grim details of Henry’s conception, Vincent dropping a bomb, and Marlena making a shocking demand.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

Allie (Lindsay Arnold) was adamant Tripp (Lucas Adams) was the father. She was also adamant she was not a willing participant in their night together. She was too drunk, remembered very little, but what she did recall was devastating.

Nicole (Adrianne Zucker) was shocked to hear Allie’s whole story. She went home with Tripp, remembered him being on top of her, trying to fight him off, and saying no. Allie was traumatized and Nicole pushed her to report the assault. She called Lani (Sal Stowers) over.

Tripp Sang A Very Different Tune

As for Tripp, he stopped by to see Roman (Josh Taylor) before being called home. Steve (Stephen Nichols) told Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) about Tripp meeting Allie in London and that the math added up. They agreed someone needed to have a talk with Tripp.

Steve cornered Tripp the second he walked in the door. Was it possible he fathered Allie’s baby? No, Tripp said. He made it clear there was no way. He never slept with Allie.

Lani To The Rescue

Speaking of Lani, she had a busy day at the station. Hope (Kristen Alfonso) hauled Vincent (Michael Teh) to the Salem PD but he was not talking. He wanted revenge and to make Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) suffer. Begging, pleading, and even threats did not work. However, something Lani said did.

Lani appealed to Vincent in a different way. Yes, withholding Ciara’s location did hurt Ben, but it was painful for many others too. Was that really what Wendy would want? Vincent finally relented and agreed to spill.

Trask Made A Serious Threat

In the other room, Lani was the hot topic of conversation. Trask (Tina Huang) questioned Eli (Lamon Archey) about the damning footage. Did Lani help Kristen escape because it sure looked like it? She made it clear she would prosecute Lani to the fullest extent of the law unless Eli helped her prove Kristen was guilty. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
