Days of our Lives recap for Wednesday, October 7, 2020, features an explosive end to a short week. Battle lines are drawn and everyone in Tripp and Allie’s lives picks their sides.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

Allie (Lindsay Arnold) was shocked when Tripp (Lucas Adams) showed up at her door. She was more shocked when he denied raping her. In fact, he denied having sex with her at all.

Tripp relayed his side of the story but Allie put her foot down. Sure, she was drunk, but she remembered him on top of her. She remembered saying no. And, she remembered telling him to stop.

Who Is Telling The Truth?

Over at the hospital, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) overheard Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) giving Tripp a good review. She caught her up on the rape allegations leaving Kayla stunned. Was Tripp not a nice guy?

Meanwhile, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Justin (Wally Kurth) worked on Tripp’s defense. He was innocent, right? Steve got a reality check when he went to the hospital, though. Kayla was not so sure Tripp was a good guy. He did threaten to kill her once. Did he change?

As for Nicole, she went home and kicked Tripp out. She scolded him for showing up in the first place. Nicole calmed Allie down, got her a tea, and had a heart to heart. Allie was understandably shaken up.

Claire Got Angry

Claire (Isabel Durant) was in the square sharing a little too much about her life with newcomer Charlie (Mike C. Manning). They laughed, joked, and even swapped some sob stories. He asked her on a date but she said no. She was not ready for romance yet.

No sooner did Charlie take off for work than Tripp came over. Claire laid into him and made it clear she was Team Allie. There was no room for Tripp in her life anymore.

Jan Hurt More Than She Helped

Jan (Heather Lindell) snuck into the mansion to see Victor (John Aniston). She tried to clear Xander’s (Paul Telfer) name and played him her recordings of their convos. It did not do much good, though. Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) was still in power and Xander was still fired. Xander did not take it well. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
