Days of our Lives Recap: A DNA Bombshell Shocker

The Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, November 3, 2020, features Ben under arrest, Gwen calling out Jake, and Kayla reading the DNA results.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

Tripp (Lucas Adams) was furious to hear Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) ran the DNA test without him. He was even angrier to hear it was his dad’s idea. Oh well, it did not matter now because the results were in.

Daddy Dalton

Kayla called Steve (Stephen Nichols), Tripp, and Allie (Lindsay Arnold) to the hospital. Kayla opened the envelope right there in the hub. Tripp, you are the father! Tripp was floored.

Kate Updated Roman

Meanwhile, Kate (Lauren Koslow) made her way to the pub to update Roman (Josh Taylor) on Allie’s predicament. She broke the news about the attack, Tripp being the alleged culprit, and the secret test. Roman was floored. They impatiently awaited word of the DNA results.

Shawn Arrested Ben

Shawn (Brandon Beemer) held a gun to Vincent (Michael Teh) as the villain told the story of Ciara’s death. Vincent admitted he shot her while Ciara begged for her life. He also admitted he had no regret. He took Ciara the way Ben took Wendy.

Shawn hauled Vincent and Ben to the station. He locked Vincent away and placed Ben under arrest. He had no choice since Ben broke one too many laws. However, he did offer to talk to Trask on Ben’s behalf (as if that would help).

Alarm Bells Rang

Over at the DiMera mansion, Jake (Brandon Barash) overheard Gwen (Emily O’Brien) scheming and called her out. She turned the tables, though. She accused him of being in love with Abigail (Marci Miller). Why else would he be so protective?

Kate eavesdropped long enough to get the long and short of the argument. The second Gwen stormed off, she came in. She asked Jake if Gwen was right.

Love Interrupted

Upstairs, Abigail and Chad (Billy Flynn) caught up on all the local drama. She told him Hope was gone and gave him a rundown on Rolf’s (William Utay) latest scheme. Chad laughed off the cloning plot.

The two were just about to hit the sheets when Gwen came knocking. She has party plans to run by Abby. No time like the present! Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
