No soap is ever firing on all cylinders, and Days Of Our Lives is no exception. No matter how much you might love one story — heck, no matter how much you might like the majority of stories — there is always one clunker.

Days of Our Lives Polling

The question is, which Salem tale is currently your most loathed due to its boring nature? Over 2,000 were able to shake themselves out of a stupor of indifference to share their thoughts with us.

Stop It, StevAno

Please make it stop, 65% of you beg. Watching the wonderful and charismatic Stephen Nichols play a character originated by the wonderful and charismatic late Joseph Mascolo is a painful experience all the way around. It’s also a dull one.

Gabi: Heart Less

Gabi (Camila Banus) controlling Julie’s (Susan Seaforth Hayes) heart via cell phone is about as interesting as… watching someone typing on their cell phone. Gabi and Eli (Lamon Archey) are hardly sparking any heat for 26% of the audience, either.

This storyline seems to be spinning in place, with the same conversation happening over and over again, and pretty much no one to root for. However, that’s about to change this week.

Swap Meet

The baby Mickey switch-a-roo is only boring 5% Days of Our Lives fans polled, which is pretty good, especially for a story that seems to have nowhere to go but an inevitable reveal and reverse switch. Of curse, if Mickey dies, it will be a moot point. This is a tale where fans pretty much know what’s going to happen, the tension is in how — and when.

Jailhouse Rock

Even fewer viewers, a minimal 4%, are finding themselves bored by Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) escaping from jail. This is a story that could go multiple different ways, and you still want to know who really killed Jordan (Chrishell Hartley).

There’s a lot to keep your interest, and Ciara (Victoria Konefal) joining him only makes it better! Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
