The week of December 27, 2021

Greg Vaughan returns for another run as Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and Marlena Evans Black’s (Deidre Hall) son, Eric Brady, on Monday, December 27. The actor, who made his last appearance in July, will play a pivotal role in the soap’s demonic possession storyline, now that his character has returned to the priesthood.

Eileen Davidson is back on the scene as the devil’s incarnation of Kristen DiMera, this week. Look for the character to attempt to stir up trouble for another Salemite.

Remington Hoffman pops in as Li Shin, the son of the DiMera Enterprises’ board member, Wei Shin. He’ll share scenes with Camila Banus’ Gabi Hernandez and Brandon Barash’s Jake DiMera, among others.

On the exit front, Jay Kenneth Johnson has wrapped up his latest run as Philip Kiriakis. The character left town to receive mental counseling, after his twisted plot to frame Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for his “murder.”

Days of our Lives History

DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
