In a casting shocker, four stars have been pink-slipped at DAYS. Carson Boatman has been let go as Johnny DiMera; Raven Bowens is out as Chanel Dupree DiMera; and Ashley Puzemis and Leo Howard are exiting as Holly Jonas and Tate Black. Boatman and Bowens have been on the canvas since 2021, while Puzemis debuted in 2023 and Howard in 2024. Due to the show’s advanced production schedule, the quartet will remain onscreen through 2026.

Meanwhile, fan favorites Matthew Ashford and Melissa Reeves are back as Jack and Jennifer Deveraux on Wednesday, January 21, when the pair meets with Billy Flynn’s Chad to decide on his children’s custody. Reeves also interacts with Flynn on Friday, January 23. 

Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue pop in as baby Trey. Chanel and Johnny’s adopted son airs during his christening on Monday, January 19.

Miles Anderson returns as Foster, the former Salem bookshop owner. He doles out advice to Susan Seaforth Haye’s Julie on Tuesday, January 20 and appears again on Wednesday, January 21.
