What Should Chad DiMera Do Now on Days of our Lives?

Stephanie dumped Chad on Days of our Lives. She was furious that he got Xander to fire Everett from his job by buying Gwen’s share of the newspaper. That was kind of underhanded. Stephanie moved out, and now Chad is a single dad once again. What should Chad’s next steps be to set his life in order?

Chad DiMera: Parent Trap

Thomas and Charlotte sure do spend a lot of time with Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and Doug (Bill Hayes), don’t they? All those sleepovers must be exhausting the patriarch and the matriarch of Salem (refresh your memory on what they thought about Chad moving on here).

Maybe Chad (Billy Flynn) could take a crack at raising his own kids? Without Stephanie (Abigail Klein) to pick up the slack, he may be forced to. Oh, the horror!

Back To the Daily Grind

Of course, if Chad wants to keep playing the I’m a poor widower, I can’t possibly be expected to raise my own children card, it might be nice if he actually had a job to keep him away from home.

There is all sorts of back and forth going on at DiMera. EJ wants something, Stefan (Brandon Barash) wants something, and Kristen (Stacey Haiduk) presumably always wants something. He should go find out what it is. Then stake his claim…to something.

Love Life

Only once he has his kids and job under control should Chad consider letting another woman into his life. Theresa (Emily O’Brien) will be a possibility once Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) kicks her to the curb. But maybe Jada (Elia Cantu) would be a better option. Once Chad finds out she’s Everett’s (Blake Berris) ex-wife, Chad will want to stick it to the guy who cost him Stephanie. Jada makes as much sense as anyone. And Rafe (Galen Gering) is Gabi’s (Camila Banus). Gabi made Chad sads, so this is totes fair.
