Holly implores Nicole and EJ to tell her the truth about why she fell into a coma. She says that she remembers seeing a man in a mask injecting her with something. She asks them who he was and what he wanted. Nicole and EJ are hesitant to tell her the truth, but they realize that they have to.
Steve finally admits the truth to Konstantin. He tells him that he is not his father and that he was hired by Victor to pretend to be him. He also tells him that he is sorry for lying to him and that he hopes he can forgive him. Konstantin is stunned and angry, and feels betrayed by Steve and Victor.
At the hospital, Stefan arrives to silence Harris. He sneaks into his room and prepares to inject him with a lethal dose of drugs. However, he is interrupted by Rafe, who catches him red-handed. Rafe arrests Stefan and takes him away, while Harris is saved.
