The Halloween horror show on Days of our Lives was hauntingly entertaining. The worst of the worst came back to life and set out and chaos ensued. We couldn’t help but feel a certain someone was missing, though.
MarDevil (Deidre Hall) had a great time raising the dead and directing them to search and destroy. What would have been more fun is if Satan brought Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) evil twin back to life and let them meet for the first time. Just imagine Jake and Stefan coming face to zombie face.
Imagine the damage that could be done if Jake and Stefan were pitted against each other. It would be a fight to the finish with poor Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) caught between two men she loves.
Even more fun would be the Devil giving Gabi the option of which twin gets to live. A life for a life scenario, perhaps. Would Gabi choose to stay with Jake? He’s sneaky and slimy which are great qualities to a gal like her. But, he’s not a business maverick and she loves power. And, she also loved Stefan. Deeply and truly on a whole other level.
While it was fun watching Gabi take on Nick…again, it would have been more fun watching her pick Stefan and doom Jake to the grave. Just think of the aftermath. Gabi would be expecting a fairytale ending but poor Stefan would never get past the fact she fell for his brother. Plus, how can she ever forgive herself for sacrificing Jake? Talk about drama!
