Rudolph Walker is a Trinidadian actor who currently plays Patrick Trueman on the soap opera EastEnders. Along with his work on the soap, Walker broke through in the UK after playing Bill on the sitcom, Love Thy Neighbour.

Who Is Rudolph Walker?
Walker was born on September 28 in San Juan, Trinidad. He started acting at just 8 years old and joined the Trinidad Theatre Workshop. He left the island when he was 20 in order to start his professional acting career. He was planning on going to the United States, but he ended up in England instead.
Soap Career
After decades of acting in television and movies, Walker was cast as Patrick Trueman in EastEnders in 2001. He’s also played the character in the Internet spinoff, EastEnders: E20.
For The Kids
As well as appearing in various television shows and films, Walker has also lent his voice to different projects. In fact, he voices the opening and closing sequences of both the U.K. and the U.S. versions of Teletubbies!
Giving Back
When Walker turned 70 years old, he decided to create The Rudolph Walker Foundation, which helps disadvantaged youth who want to have a career in entertainment. The foundation gives a Drama Award to a student in London, as well as a Role Model Award, which recognizes students who are enacting positive change.
Getting Personal With Rudolph Walker
Walker married Lorna Ross in 1968, but they divorced after having two children. He then married Dounne Alexander in August 1998, but that union also came to an end. He is currently married to Evangeline Vincent, whom he married in 2016.
