Quinn and Carter may have said all the right things and done all the right things when they parted ways on The Bold and the Beautiful. They acknowledged they were wrong to cheat on Eric and Zoe (at least in her mind), ended their affair, and scurried back to their meant-to-be partners. But the reality is Quinn and Carter aren’t over, and here’s why.
The Bold and the Beautiful: Passion Personified
As much as Quinn (Rena Sofer) loves her husband, Eric (John McCook), there was something raw and real between her Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). It had been years since she had a young viral lover. Now that she’s had a taste of what sex like that feels like again, it’s going to be difficult to let it go.
Will Eric be able to fully satisfy Quinn, after her red-hot romps with Carter? Probably not. Being faithful is going to be a challenge and a chore, no matter how hard Quinn tries. She’s likely going to be drawn back to Carter, no matter how hard she tries to stay away from him. And Carter will likely be drawn back to Quinn, who surely has more bedroom experience than Zoe (Kiara Barnes).
The Temptation Factor
It’s not like Quinn and Carter can simply go their separate ways and never look back. They work together in the same building, in the same offices, at Forrester Creations. Monday through Friday will mean bumping into each other in the hallways and at the water cooler.

The constant proximity means constant temptation. The constant temptation means weakened self-control. It’s all bound to intensify the attraction between Quinn and Carter. And, eventually, they’re bound to succumb to it — and act on it.
Getting Caught
Eventually, the duo’s illicit affair is going to be uncovered. When it does, it will likely happen one of two ways. Either someone will overhear Quinn, Carter, or Shauna (Denise Richards), who knows about the secret tryst, talking about it. But the more probable and explosive scenario would be for someone to walk in on the pair during the height of passion.
Just imagine a stunned Zoe catching Quinn and Carter in the act, or Eric finding his trusted friend and company COO in bed with his wife. The repercussions are simply too sizzling to pass up. That’s why Quinn and Carter aren’t over; not by a long shot. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
