Real-life drama for The Bold and the Beautiful’s Don Diamont (Bill). He was forced to obtain a restraining order against a man who’s been harassing him and his family. There was happy news for the actor, too. He and his wife, actress Cindy Ambuehl, just celebrated their wedding anniversary.

Villain Exits
Cyrus’ reign of terror on General Hospital is over… for now. Jeff Kober has departed his role as the soap’s ferocious crime lord.

A Patriarch on the Mend
The Young and the Restless alum Jerry Douglas, who played beloved family patriarch John Abbott, has been battling a health issue. However, his wife, Kym Douglas, reported that he has completed radiation treatments at UCLA Health, and his former castmates cheered the news.

The daytime world recently lost veteran actor John Gabriel, best known for his role as Seneca on Ryan’s Hope. He was 90.

Lisa Banes, who played Eve McBain on One Life to Live, has passed away after a tragic accident. Michael Easton (Finn, GH), who played her son, John, on the soap, expressed his sadness over her senseless passing.

GH alum Jeffrey Vincent Parise (ex-Carlos and Joe) is taking on the role of BearClaw in an audio movie, and it’s a dream come true. Meanwhile, Carrie Genzel, remembered as Skye Chandler on All My Children, has landed a guest spot on BET series Sistas.

On the Y&R front, Shemar Moore (ex-Malcolm) is talking all about his role in the feature film, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, while Donny Boaz (ex-Chance) revealed he’s booked a few episodes on the upcoming HBO series, The Staircase.
