The Bold and the Beautiful’s Sheila Carter has been wreaking havoc on CBS soaps since the 1990s, and not much has changed during more than three decades.
The Bold and the Beautiful Polling
Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) litany of B&B (and Young and the Restless) crimes are seemingly endless, and they just don’t seem to stop. After kidnapping, torturing, and killing multiple people through the years, she shot her own son last April along with his wife and left both Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for dead.
Not long after, she ran Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) off the road to what she thought was a watery grave and is finally serving time in jail after being fooled by Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). But is it time that this character is redeemed?
Sheila Carter Needs To Be Free on Bold and the Beautiful
A very small 8% of you want to see Sheila redeemed because she is much more interesting out of jail than she is behind bars. She needs to be roaming around L.A. with Deacon (Sean Kanan). They shared something special and can be a force to be reckoned with, but if Sheila is locked away in prison, where is the story? Let Sheila have the love she always craved as Deacon might be the person who can help redeem her after all these years.
Sheila Has A Shot At Being Good
As Sheila says, she just wants to love and be loved. That is all she needs to turn over a new leaf and be a better person. So what if she is responsible for various deaths and mental torture that started in Genoa City and still hasn’t truly ended in L.A.? She might have it in her to be better if people just give her a chance, say 13%. Then again, maybe she doesn’t.
B&B: Lock Her Up And Keep Her There
The final 79% of you want Sheila to stay behind bars because she is completely irredeemable. She has done too many heinous things, and you are sick of her constant reign of terror. Keep her in prison even if she is still on the screen. She can just keep having visitors she can whine to and manipulate. Perhaps one of them will fall for her act, but we will all know it is just that — an act.
